Very impersonal and cold. Initial email to schedule first interview was generic with a link to chose a time on their Calendly schedule. No personal follow up before the phone call. Initial phone call was surprisingly one sided. Typically 50% of an initial interview call is dedicated to the company explaining the roll and trying to sell YOU on why you should want to join their team. Unfortunately, I was grilled right off the bat with situational questions from someone who knew little about marketing, without taking time to even see if my skills and goals lined up with the job description. When I was finally offered time at the end, I asked clarifying questions around specific statements in the job description (to see if I was even a good fit for the role), the interviewers tone instantly changed to one of annoyance. When I asked about the biggest challenge the team is facing (to see how I can add value), I got a snippy, "You'd have to ask the manager." Immediately decided there were too many red flags to move forward, but they ghosted me anyway. No surprise there. Terrible experience start to finish.
