9th Way Insignia interview questions

Had phone screen with HR person, then moved for first interview the same week. Interview seems to had everyone from the team. They were all very cordial and nice but the turning on and off of cameras became too distracting. Was told that interview was good and might get an offer. Then was told compensation might be less. I continued waiting for the team response and was told that they went with someone else with more experience. It started good but became akward at the end.
