Very straightforward and easy. All they really ask of you is where you would like to work. The actual training is what determines whether you get the job or not.
Meet in a pool house. Wait in line, answer questions, ask three questions, state the availability you will have and boom. Most are hired on the spot. Simply fill out a few papers and a W2 and you are on your way.

It was a very informal interview. Just one on one with a supervisor. If you just try and show that you care they will hire you. It was about 10 mins long.
