Quite Lengthy. I went through five in person interviews with the company's president, a consultant, and the sales manager at the time. The main thing is that they wanted to feel comfortable with me and also wanted to make sure I was comfortable with them.

Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. Questions center around customer service and basic technical skills. Flexibility was stressed in the interview due to the nature of the job, which is for an alarm monitoring company. There will be times of overtime and emergency on call times.
