A. Duda & Sons interview questions

I applied online and someone from HR contacted me about two weeks after. Since I declined to work nights and or weekend shifts I would not be moving forward in their selection process.

I had an initial phone interview followed by email communication with the HR representative to set up an in person interview. Took about two weeks to meet in person. The in person interview was 30 min with the HR rep followed by 30 min with the model home sales manager. Everyone was super nice and talked to me as if it was a sure thing. They told my the next step was to have a third interview with the manager's supervisor then do a drug and background check. No one ever followed up for the third interview. Everyone was super nice and professional but three in person interviews for a basic entry level job making $10/hour (FT not guaranteed) is a bit excessive. They were also clearly short staffed and unorganized.
