Interview
Phone interview with behavior questions about how you handle situations such as working in a fast paced environment, living and working in tight spaces, handling seasickness. It was a lot of yes/no answer type questions. Then there was a virtual interview with more detailed response type questions. They also played deadliest catch clips to give an idea of what sea conditions might look like.
