I applied via email and then got a response within a few days. I first had a phone interview which was pretty basic and then at the end of the call was asked to come in to the office to meet with the team.

Basically he asked me to go over my resume with him (the president) and describe what I was looking for in a position.

Interview
I emailed them and got an interview. They then scheduled a phone interview with me. The person interviewing me was very sweet. Since the interview was too early in the year, we said we would talk again soon about a possible internship.
