A/Z interview questions

It was a relatively simple interview process all things considered. It consisted of a couple, maybe 3, phone interviews. A call with their internal recruiter, a call with one department heads, a call with another department head, and one in person interview. There was nothing more to it than that.

The interview process was quick and thorough. The gentlemen that conducted the interview were professional. Not a lot of questions, more on what to expect for the first couple of years. They also offered me a welding position.
