      Journeyman Electrician Interview

      1 Mar 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Cape Coral, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at A & A Electric (Cape Coral, FL) in Aug 2010

      Interview

Showed my credentials. They hired me. There really wasn't an interview process. They were looking for trained electricians for a water treatment plant job and I am one. Had to pass a drug test and background check. No problems for me. Later they switched me to Inventory Control and Parts Counter. I developed an Excel Program for the job and made daily transmittals to the Purchasing Department, stating Min-Max and orders.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Workers making 'draws' from open without alerting me. I had to do a daily check of the open stock to maintain Min-Max Control.
