very easy and simple, gave me a tour of the facility. Described what my responsibilities would be. Described the overall history of the plant and their plans for the future.

Long and drawn out seemed to be uncertain if they wanted to move forward with the process. Owner is very disconnected from the business and let’s his assistant run wild over the company.
