I applied online. I interviewed at A is for Apple (Los Gatos, CA)
Interview
The person who interviewed me was pleasant, but just like the trainer quit after a couple of months. I had experience and got the job. The questions asked about my prior experience. It was easy and I was hired on the spot. I was asked what hourly wage I was seeking.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at A is for Apple (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Sent resume to rep via email. Group interview. Waited for an hour to get interviewed. The person interviewing was very professional. The next person offered the job and i had to fill out some papers. The person was complaining that he had to do something else and he doesn't know whats going on. I waited in the room and no one was able to take my already filled out papers. An hour later I was told to take the papers and that someone will get in contact with me because the person that was suppose to help me wasn't there. The same rep contacted me but she obviously didn't know what happened in the interview. They made me an offer. I didn't take it. The whole company seemed un organized, understaffed, overworked and not an environment I want to work at.
The interview process shows how bad this company is to work for. They will hire anyone they can possibly get their hands on. This leaves us with weird 40 year old techs who don't speak English and can barely do their job right. You could probably tell the hr manager to go f himself and you will still be hired
