When hired on I had 1 interview with the store manager and the director of operations, asked good questions, took about 1.5 hours including small talk about the industry. A little different because i came from the same industry. Over all had a good interview experience.

Interview
Before interviewing you must take a knowledge test which is a whole front sheet long containing questions about equipment and simple math. Then have two interview before getting hired. First one is with the lead and supervisor. The second one is either the general manager or sometimes even the owner.
