Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and submitted my CV. This was followed by two calls with team members and the line manager, culminating in a face-to-face interview. The process was challenging, but if you are well-prepared and confident in your skills, it will be recognized. The interviewers appeared to be nice and genuine people, forming a clever, down-to-earth, yet highly capable team

Interview
After applying for a position, the recruiter contacted me months later to schedule an interview. Despite attempting to accommodate a late evening call, our schedules didn't align. Eventually, we coordinated, and I interviewed with two individuals. The job description seemed straightforward and closely aligned with my background, making me more than qualified. However, I am aware that sometimes expectations may not fully align.
Following the interview, there was no further communication. I took the initiative to express gratitude via a thank-you email (a practice I maintain), to which the recruiter responded promising further contact. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication despite their assurance.
