The recruiter came late for the interview. The recruiter was visibly unprepared without structured questions. I was asked to carry out a technical assignment that took a few hours to do properly. I delivered it on time. However, I was ghosted without even acknowledgment of the assignment! Very negative candidate experience which shows the culture of the company!
