Interviewed with CFO first, then move to Local interview with four different people which changed to five when I was there. Local interview was extremely chaotic and disorganized. Folks either didn’t have questions to ask me, didn’t know they were interviewing me or had something else to do during the schedule times. They weren’t places to sit and then finally when the offer came it was 15% below where we had originally discussed starting, and that was below where I am today. It was honestly an insulting process.
