I met the recruiter at my school's career fair. After that, I reached out to him and got an invitation for a phone interview. Next is a skype behavioral interview with the hiring manager.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you came up with an answer before anyone else?
A phone interview and a teams interview about a week or two apart. It was a very straightforward process. The phone interview was more geared to resume-based questions and the teams interview was much more of a personality test, using the STAR method.

Interview
