First introductory phone call, then if you pass you go to the interview with the hiring manager and then a presentation and then go back to HR to get feedback on the selection process, then an offer.

Normal interview with the usual introductory questions about my professional background, why I applied for the position and if I knew the company, very formal.
3 Gespräche insgesamt, davon ein Mal recruiter, das zweite mit dem Manager und das dritte mit dem Team. Alle einfach ein cultural fit Test. Insgesamt nicht schwertuend keine Vorbereitung nötig
