Interview
The interview started off with a case study that is handled by around a group of 7-8 people. Case studies asked were targeted at your communication skills with the group and problem solving skills.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ABB (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
After the CV round, there is an assessment online test. After that is the recorded video interview and then assessment center day which includes both interviews, situational test and presentation
