The HR person seemed completely lost. Although she headhunted me, her first question was to ask why did I apply to ABB. It was also quite obvious she did not read my resume prior to the interview. I don't think she really understood the job she was interviewing for either. Overall, a huge lost of time for me and the company. I was really surprised as the HR person was senior and ABB is a world class company.
