Interview
Initially there will be a online MCQ based return test, for short listing candidates for interviews
Multiple Interviews:
1. Technical Round : All questions related to your undergraduate major
2. Seminar Presentation : they will provide a management scenario, where you have to present you idea and justify your decisions you take.
3. HR Interview : General questions
4. Group Discussion : A general topic for a GD

Question 1
Techinical round was about 40 minutes- everything related to Electrical Machines - Theory and Design
HR : - Do you have girlfriend? Do you give gift? Why ABB? What are your plans for next 10 years.
Seminar : Do you want the company to market the product locally or capture international market also? Description of the product and other scenarios where given in the question.
GD :- What would you do to improve current Global Warming awareness in India and how will you make people act.
It was easy. Highly organized and responsive. Appreciate the ease of hiring. The interview was conducted in friendly environment. I was asked technical questions and was given time to respond and think.
Capacitor basics and generation, transmission, and distribution basic questions were asked
MOSFET. IGBT, SCR working and testing questions and the working of different types of DC and AC MOTORS were asked

Interview
Known as Graduate Assessment Center a mix of technical interviews and written exam, technical interview, Group Discussion and a personal interview. Interview happens in person in Bangalore for students from all over the country.
