Mainly to analyze technical experiencie with 3 local managers, then HR for teamwork, then with global teams for international skills and languages
The whole process took around 1 month between 1st interview to decision

Interview focused on the main skills you can daily use in the job position they are looking for.
Length of the job interview approx 1 hour.
had an initial take up call. not much to say but didn't really progress beyond that. did not align with the description but the recruiter was very nice and polite on the call during the initial screening
