First of all, they sent an English test. It is an online test you need to do. Then they called me for an interview. It was not so easy, because you need to discuss woth a group of people. It is stressful. It was an Italian group. It was hard for me because it is not my mother tongue. Other Steps are:
Group Test Case in Italian,Personal Test Case in English and Personal Interview.I think it is difficult for non-Italian speakers.
