They reached out to me, as opposed to me applying.
Was offered an interview via LinkedIn. From time of interview until offer: the weekend (Interviewed at end of day Friday -- Had offer incoming as of noon the following Monday)
For a technical role, it was actually very smooth. Very few technical questions, but at this stage of my career, either I know it, or my resume is a lie. Mostly about team fit, and what my interests are with regards to DevOps.
