Was quick to respond to application and set up a phone screen, promised to respond with feedback "in a couple of days" and ended up completely ghosting. Really unfortunate as it seemed like a strong culture, but not worth it if this is how they treat applicants.

Got to speak with two of the team members early on in the process - made me feel really comfortable and confident in the personability of my soon to be co-workers!
