It ain't easy to break out of a mold, but if you do your work, people will ultimately see what you're capable of. Too often, people find it easier to make assumptions and stick with what they believe. They put you in a place and it makes their job easier. The good people constantly search for something different.
Screening- its was good, questions were mostly behavioral.. talk about you neg experience wuth client. reporting, and business operations, using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to develop dashboards, analyze KPIs, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.
Interview process was difficult. It consists of 2 rounds of interview. The first one was technical interview.
The second one was managerial round.
But i was able to finish the interview
