I was interviewed by the COO who asked about my background, tutoring experience, and my own language learning experience. I talked about insights I've learned while studying foreign languages. I had no classroom teaching experience prior to this. I think during the interview they just want to know your personality, your understanding of language learning, and if you can explain a concept or story clearly to other people.
