We had a telephonic interview. This was followed 1-on-1 personal interview with the hiring manager. Telephonic interview was very basic and they were more interested in knowing when can I be available for face to face interview. The main interview was little more rigorous. They concentrated more on my past work experience, my contributions to my previous work places.
