Technology support specialis position. Very competitive program, was suprised that the questions did not have anything to do with tech support buy were more customer service oriented. Not sure if the interview questions were the best for the position.
Good overall questions and preview of process with detailed customer info and data. It showed a great relationship with sales and marketing team. Good data analysis. Market capture is solid. New technologies adoption is slow. Node JS and Ruby on Rails are competing platforms.
