ABM Software Janitor/Supervisor interview questions

The interview was sketchy from the beginning.I arrive talk to the employer an within 5 minutes they offer me the supervisor position. Company seems to be short staffed and I can't tell if they're organized or not. The reviews off glass door were bad about the company but I still said I'd give it a shot an see for myself.
