Process starts with take home assignment. Now this assignment looks very vague in requirement, developing some rest apis with some search functionalities. It can be done in N numbers of ways. You need to spend at least 4-5 days. And they take exactly 4-5 minutes to judge your solution. They came back with shocking reason that you put extra effort in the assignment. I tried to make it production ready as you mentioned and used real db and search engine. But it seems they don’t even understand the latest technologies.However they asked me to change the solution again and considered for other position. This time , they scheduled an interview of 45 minutes. One interviewer joined 5 minutes late and was chewing the gum whole time , looking arrogant and asking stupid questions. So if you want to demotivate yourself and want to waste your time and energy, apply for this company. For me it was a pathetic experience. Worthless
