I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ABRA Auto Body & Glass (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Was interviewed by two supervisors in person, was asked several scenario based questions. Had to provide answers and examples.
I applied online. I interviewed at ABRA Auto Body & Glass (Milwaukee, WI) in Dec 2016
Interview
went into abra location talked to the gm at the time for about 30 mins... was hired the next day... I had to do do a drug test & background check..the whole process was very simple
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ABRA Auto Body & Glass (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied online and then was asked in for an interview with the location manager. Very informal and seemed like he wasn't interested in my qualifications. Seemed more like he had already hired me and was just going through the formalities. Met with the district manager the same day. More formal, but basically painless and encouraging. Got an offer and started working/training the same day.
The only terrible part of the whole thing is that I waited about two weeks (maybe a bit more) to hear back about getting an interview set up after they let me know they were interested in interviewing me. No contact whatsoever about it for that time.
