Very smooth and effective. They made me feel comfortable while asking good questions and were very efficient. One of the interviewers was in another State (as they have offices all over Australia) and was therefore conducting the interview via video conference, but they had the tech setup well and everything was working without any issues - it didn't feel awkward or strange to have one of the interview panel on video conference.
