ACCU Staffing Services interview questions

I interviewed for this role in February 2025. The pre-interview processes were much better than the interview itself. I spoke with one of the recruiters ahead of the interview and she was very kind and easy to get along with. I expected my interviewers to be the same way, or at least similar. My interview was with what I assume the two managers in charge of the marketing department. One was fine, the other was outright rude. They didn’t seem impressed by my experience and they made no effort whatsoever to learn more about my career besides baseline knowledge. This was especially evident in the questions I prepared for them. They hardly answered what I asked and I could tell they were attempting to rush through the interview. The kicker, though, was when one of my interviewers repeatedly (and rudely) asked where I lived. I had to repeat myself three times, and each time she seemed to get more upset. Like the other review mentioned, I was told I’d hear back soon. I knew I didn’t get the job, but I would have at least appreciated some communication on their end. Instead, I had to wait two weeks to get the formal rejection email. Be better than this. It was very unprofessional—especially with the intrusive information needed to sign up for an ACCU Staffing account prior to starting the interview.
