Interview
Didn't start on time. Interviewer kept taking other calls. Role was not very well defined, they just wanted someone with experience HR was friendly and seems to know what it takes to have a good company culture.
1. Received email from HR recruiter for phone interview. 2. Interviewed with the hiring manager, the team, Senior scientist, and HR. 3. Simple questions about my past jobs, salary expectations, future plans. 4. I received offer letter within a week.

1. How would you handle non conformance’s? 2. How to handle balances and different reagents. 3. Simple arithmetic questions.
First telephonic interview which includes basic introduction of yourself and what do you know about company? and second telephonic interview includes questions like, why sales? . Then HR will call you about salary package.
