Was very simple, interviewed by the principal and owner, reviewed type of work done before and discussed the needs and focus of the Company on residential design, so interview was focused on that experience.
the good interview briefly explained my projects to them and went through how the job works and how I can improve their way of designing. overall very friendly interview 100% recommendation
