ACImmune interview questions

Was directly contacted by a recruitment consultant about an opening for a researcher position at AC Immune. After 4 rounds of interviews (one of which on-site, for which I had to travel to Switzerland) there was weeks worth of total radio silence, and finally a message from the consultant that they had gone for another applicant. No word from anyone at the company, even if I had already met them personally. Not a very good look on the company.

It was divided in three steps, two teams interviews and one on person. It was more personality based. There were some basic scientific questions. It was a nice experience in general.
