ADAMS Management interview questions

The interview process with ADAMS is horribly disorganized, informal, and lacking in clarity. It took nearly 3 months to get hired - I was extended an offer, the offer was rescinded, and then extended another offer due to the management team's lack of communication and understanding of staffing needs across the company. After 2 months of talking, I was sent to a client with the understanding that I would interview with the client prior to receiving an official offer. This became a full week of unpaid, but billed, client work. These hours were not compensated until I left employment and threatened legal action. I took the job for compensation, big mistake.
