ADEC interview questions

they interviewed me and said they would call me and I waited and never was told where to go to do the drug test ,and I received their papers and they never followed through with me so I was let down for the job in elkhart adec factory .i thought they were more responsive and listened in order to help me.I wanted the factory production job in Elkhart,I even kept calling the office in Bristol Indiana and asked what to do ,they did not help me when I called other than to wait on them to let me know,they went in circles and it made me look like I did not want the job,so then the boss in Bristol Indiana Adec let me go and I lost everything including the trust I thought they would have with me.

The process began with a recruiter over the phone and then if you're selected you receive an in person interview via Skype. You would have to travel out of state to a location to conduct the Skype interview. It will usually take 3 - 4 weeks before you receive a decision.
