Interview
I do not know exactly how many employees the company has.
When you get there you fill out a form about your informations like expectation for salary, shortly work experience etc.
What I listened about the company was they are result oriented, disciplined, corporate firm and working hard. Office hours are between 8.30am to 6.30pm. They do not work on weekends. Friday is casual day.
They do not offer a high salary at the beginning (it depends on your experience though). Because they think, when they hire someone new, he/she will get other employee's time to learn the job. But the person I talked said that the salary would rise per month depending upon the your job performance.
