I was referred to this company from my network of engineers. My current position was not yet opened but there was a need for the company to expand. I was selected to go through a phone screen, interview, and on site visit. The whole process took less than a month including my decision to join them. The interview itself is behavior and project focused. However, my diverse background and experience helped to expedite my employer's decision in having me on board soon.
