ADS interview questions

Interview Process: Online Application Submitted resume via company careers page. Heard back within a week. Initial HR Call (30 mins) Recruiter gave an overview of the role, asked about notice period and compensation expectations. Very friendly and professional. Technical Round (1 hour) Case study with a dataset related to booking trends. Asked to identify patterns, summarize insights, and present in a structured format. Required SQL and basic statistics knowledge. Managerial Round (45 mins) Discussion about past projects, challenges faced, and stakeholder management. Scenario-based questions: "What would you do if your insights contradict business leadership's assumptions?" Final Round – Leadership / Director (30 mins) High-level conversation about data strategy and alignment with business goals. Some behavioral questions, e.g., “Tell me about a time you failed.”
