Why should I hire you and what will I get out of it
Pathetic and unprofessional. Stay away from this company at all costs. The interviewer just asked me stuff from my cv and never asked anything else. She had no knowledge about the details of the role. They are an absolute scam. Run away from them. Oh and there is no salary, only commission.
Very easygoing, upfront and expectations are laid out with no bush-beating. Was called the same day after applying and was asked to interview for position the following day. Job comes highly recommended.

Interview
My interview process with ADT was outstanding. My interviewer at the time was very upfront about expectations, and certain requirements. He was very honest with the info he was providing me and gave me a strong feeling of what it would be like working for their company which I appreciated very much.
