I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADT (West Palm Beach, FL) in June 2012
Interview
Very simple process, but it's always easier if someone inside of the company refers you. In my case, I was hired by a recruiter who guided me about my personal presentation, resume, and type of interview. I was contacted by a recruiter who made a phone interview and few days later sent me a link for an online application then I waited for about 10 days and one of the local managers contacted me and another phone interview was done. I received a job offer and an order for some medical exams and background check. After a full month, I started at the company for a 2 weeks training in west Palm and another week in Denver with all expenses paid.

Question 1
Real case scenarios about monthly goals, cold calling, farming and face to face presentations.
Fast and to the point. Basically letting you know that after a brief training period you're 100% commission with no base pay. I wouldn't recommend this job if you need any sort of consistent income.
I applied online. I interviewed at ADT (Detroit, MI) in Oct 2020
Interview
Conversational, asked them about work life balance and mentioned you work until 5pm and could definitely make over $100k. That was definitely not the case with customer care scheduling appointments past 5pm and managers having you cold call people after 7pm
