Group interview, it was quite fun and random but the idea is to see your personality and how you work as a team. And then a one on one interview after that asks the basic questions

This was a two step process with psychometric testing utilised. This was a relaxed interview scenario with one person - initially, the next stage was with a more Senior member of staff.
