      Process Engineer Interview

      23 Feb 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at AESC US

      Interview

Worst Interview Experience The hiring managers seemed uninterested in conducting the interviews. They were not listening, and some of them were so rude that they cut me off multiple times, mentioning they had other meetings to attend. It felt like the interviews were being conducted just for the sake of it. If you don’t have time to conduct an interview due to other commitments, it would be better to reschedule instead of wasting everyone’s time. Additionally, the Engineering Managers seemed unsure about what skills were required for the role. He mentioned that they were still figuring it out, as it was a new manufacturing area for them. I would not recommend this company, at least for now, until they figure things out and hire the right talent in their management team
