I was offered an interview after my firm was consolidated. There was a lack of clarity surrounding pay and responsibilities. I ended up not pursuing the 2nd round of interviews.

Interview
I was sent an attention to detail exercise to complete before the interview. Then had a group interview with 2 others, which was actually enjoyable. Everyone on the call from interviewers to interviewees were all welcoming and friendly.

They asked the 3 interviewees to discuss specific topics together. Not a traditional style.

Interview
Call from the recruitment team very quickly after I applied, followed by a Teams interview and short attention to detail test. I sadly didn't get the job but what stood out was the recruitment team sent a feedback survey afterwards. The whole process was smooth and quick but they are still looking to improve the experience
