3 interviews ask basic questions and start with phone interview. The final interview is with the CEO. The second interview is with the manager. They are very quick to get back with you after the interviews

Interview
The process what somewhat straightforward but lengthy. There were three separate interviews over the course of about 6-8 weeks. The final interview is with the CEO and is a bit intimidating. If he doesn't like you, you don't get the job. The questions were very general and focused on ability to be genial and customer oriented.
