I applied online. I interviewed at AGV Sport Group (Frederick, MD) in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied on internships.com and got a reply in 24 hours to speak to the president. Upon hearing I'm from the area the president schedule an interview the next day.
I came to the office on the scheduled time, and the interview itself took about 30 minutes.
It's more like a conversation, without any rigid formality. We talked about things that seems total related and the president asked me to come in the next week. And so began the second-phase evaluation --- the internship itself.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AGV Sport Group (Tulsa, OK) in Jan 2014
Interview
Michael Parrotte spoke over the phone, email and social media. With me not being in his immediate area, he was very flexible about proceeding with business through this line of communication. Candidates looking for strong positions within the company should an understanding of the products and the passion involved.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AGV Sport Group (Frederick, MD) in June 2016
Interview
The interview was not really an interview, but rather a conversation about what I was currently studying at school, and where I see myself upon graduation. The interview lasted about 20 minutes, and I was hired on the spot, which I have never seen happen at any other place. There was a brief phone conversation the night before the interview itself, but that was more so just to iron out the logistics of the interview.
