I was contacted by AHEAD's internal recruiter. Then we had a 30 minute conversation once we were able to coordinate our schedules. I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with the company's EVP, then met briefly with whom was to be my recruitment counterpart. One more face-to-face was scheduled with the Director of Services who had a last minute schedule change, otherwise I would have met him in the same day.

Applied and got an email ASAP. Scheduled phone screen for a few days later and it went well. On the phone, they said they want to go through the process fast so next step would be in the next couple days then the final interview would be after that. Heard nothing for a week after the phone screen so reached out twice and never heard back. Ended up getting an automated email two months later saying they’d filled the position. Phone interview was really good and I enjoyed the conversation so it was a disappointing turn of events.
