Employee recommended and have the result right away after interview. Came in for interview a couple weeks later and meet with people for 5 hours. Interviewed by 2 managers and a slew of peers. Nothing too challenging. Working experience and technical questions that relate to job scope been asked in interview

Interview
I was referred by a friend to get this internship opportunity. I have worked here as an intern for two summers and both times I am doing software designs. No interview was given, just submitted my resume and they arranged me a job. My supervisor contacted me through email asking me for my resume and transcript. Later he sent me the detailed project objective.

A lot of the tasks and assignments given to me were not in my previous knowledge, so I had to pick up the new knowledge on my own. For instance, I had no clue how to develop a dialog based MFC application, but I managed to understand it and started developing in just three weeks.
